Massaged Baby Greens
This recipe works well with tender baby spring greens, but you can also use the method on firm, adult greens too - they will just have more of a bite to them.

- 1 giant salad spinner of baby mixed greens like kale collards, turnip greens, chard
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp olive oil
