These stove-top spiced pecans will wow any salad!
Servings 3 Cups
- 2 cups pecans
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Sprinkle cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Add butter to a medium high heated large skillet and allow to melt.
Add pecans and coat with butter. Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds or so.
Stir in seasonings.
Stir continuously for a total of about 2 more minutes. WATCH CAREFULLY. When pecans juuust start to smell the hint of toasty/burn, pour out of pan into a cool bowl.
