Spiced Pecans

These stove-top spiced pecans will wow any salad!

  • 2 cups pecans
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Sprinkle cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  • Add butter to a medium high heated large skillet and allow to melt.
  • Add pecans and coat with butter. Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds or so.
  • Stir in seasonings.
  • Stir continuously for a total of about 2 more minutes. WATCH CAREFULLY. When pecans juuust start to smell the hint of toasty/burn, pour out of pan into a cool bowl.
