Chocolate Cherry Dough Boy Smoothie

  • 10 fresh cherries pitted
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup 2% milk
  • Half a banana
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • Pinch kosher salt


  • Put the ingredients in a blender, mix together, and chill overnight or at least a few hours.
  • In the morning, blend until smooth and serve in a bowl with toppings of your choice.
