Cappuccino Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • Pinch kosher salt
  • 1/3 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup leftover coffee
  • 1 tsp sugar optional
  • 1/3 cup frothed milk

Instructions

  • Mix oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, salt, yogurt, coffee and optical sugar in a jar. Chill for a minimum of 2 hours, ideally overnight. In the morning, froth whole milk and pour on top.
