Nothin’ like running with bloggers!! Fun fun times. 6.0 miles complete! Hot and sweaty. I’m SO happy to be running again! Hoping to build back up to half marathon distances but going to take it VERY slow.
We came home to find Matt and Kristien on their way home from the YMCA for some masculine, manly weight lifting 😉
After quick showers, it was time for lunch!! We munched on chips while we prepped.
Matt fired up the grill for a veggie feast. Grilled tofu, portabellas, carrot, zucchini. He just rubbed them all in a little garlic oil.
Served over spinach with cantaloupe and Dakota bread and broccoli and more chips!
Amazingly fresh and filling lunch!
