Chicken Salad Cabbage Cups

I’m not a huge fan of chicken salad in general (too much mayo!), but this version made with yogurt, apple, berries, walnuts and celery is refreshingly good.
- 1/2 a grilled chicken breast, cubed (leftovers from the weekend)
- 1 large apple, diced
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1/3 cup-ish blackberries
- 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
- Dressing: About 1/4 cup Fage, 2 tsp dijon mustard, sprinkle majarom, sprinkle celery salt, pepper.
- Toss all ingredients to combine.
- Steam four cabbage leaves and made little cups to eat it with!
