Howdy! [Please pardon these awful photos!! I had no choice]
First I gotta give a shout out to that fabulous breakfast [that I can't stop thinking about!] It held me over from 7-1PM no problem! Must have been the perfect blend of macronutrients
We broke for lunch at 1PM. Got a hummus wrap.
This guy was GIANT! Maybe 2 pounds!? Whole wheat tortilla (of of those big burrito ones) filled with some hummus, tomatoes, cuc, lettuce, jalapenos, sprouts and oregano. It was quite good!
About halfway through I reached fork mode. I ate about 80% of the guy, just leaving the butt of the tortilla (to try to shave a few calories off since I know how big they can be.)
On the side: a nice little orange.
