		<description>I made these last night! I doubled the recipe so we&#039;d have leftovers and added a bit more horseradish and mustard but probably could have done w/ more for our palates! Very good though! We didn&#039;t have gorgonzola so I just put a dollop of plain greek yogurt on top! Yum!</description>

		<description>Just curious, do you pick the skeleton out of the salmon or just chop it all up inside?  I know everyone says its okay to just chop it up but the thought always makes me recoil a little bit and I always end up picking it out . . . wanted to get your take on it.</description>
