Yesterday on our hike there were 3 topics that kept popping up:
Babies ** Bakery ** Beer
Matt: I’m thinking about putting Apple Scrapple on Thursdays
Me: Did you find anything out about FedEx and USPS?
Matt: Do you think you could run a marathon right now? (Me: Hell no!)
Me: Can you believe we’re getting so close?
Matt: When do you want the pumpkin home brew to be ready?
Me: Pumpkin beer = October 1 please
Our dinner conversations are very similar. We talk about business every night and babies over dessert : )
I went to Pump today and had fun with the 5 mom friends who are in my class! I had to do a ton of modifying because Chris has decided to put abs in between nearly every track, but I figured it out (lots of stretching and hands-and-knees time.) Still able to do lots of pushups – on my knees!
No Bull Salad for lunch!! A burger on a bed of lettuce with olive oil and honey plus carrot, tomatoes, avocado, goat cheese, date and corn chips on the side.
Another delicious whole-in-one!

see you got the metal straws! so cool that you and matt have so much to share together.
I am so impressed by the way you’ve been keeping up with your workouts… while pregnant! Those of us who aren’t preggo really have no excuses
I love that you’re timing the pumpkin brew.
Your lunches are always mouthwatering… I’m jealous!
Kavi is right. You have remained active throughout your pregnancy. I should be leaving for my workout now but stopped to stall and read blogs instead. I think I should get to the gym NOW! There is nothing holding me back, babies are all grown up, not working, nothing pressing. I’ ll be back to read after dinner Kath.
Hey Kath–I just tried coconut water for the first time today. Its fantastic!!! Thanks! Wish I could get No Bull burgers up here.
Maybe I can find them when we are visiting my family in PA next time?
That’s so awesome that you’re still able to workout!
Hehe babies, bakery, and beer are all very important topics!! What’s this Apple Scrapple thing?? It sounds good!
An amazing apple blast!
I need to hop on the No Bull bandwagon—they always look so good! Your dinner convo is so funny. The 3 topics my bf and I typically discuss over dinner these days are: Marathon (He’s running his first in Nov!) + British Sitcoms + Food! (Yes, even while we’re eating.)
I really love the idea of that lunch–looks awesome!
YAY for sticking with workouts to the end
I’ve been reading your blog so long I can’t believe it’s almost time for you guys to have the baby! Super exciting!
And hello!!! STILL doing pushups!! Your next post should be titled “Drop and give me 20 because I can do it to!”
Your salad looks great! I really need to try these No Bull burgers. They look fantastic!
Haha and rightly so! It’s such an exciting time for you guys
And my answer to the marathon would be the exact same…even not pregnant! Haha.
I love that you’ll be in prime time shape for pumpkin beer
perfect timing!
Missing BodyPump… can’t wait to move to a city where I can have access to a gym with Les Mills programs!
Those no bull burgers are so handy! I’d live off them if I was in the US! Fair play to you or keeping up the bodypump!!!
love the convo!! I bet you can not wait to have an iced cold beer (and to have your baby boy in your arms).
Awesome job with the push ups!!! Haha I’d think the bump would make it hard!
It’s nice that you can have sporadic convo but still understand each other ! Lolp
I love that yellow napkin — perfect for the last little bit of summer!
Your convo recap is so fun! That lunch also looks absolutely perfect–balanced and delicious at the same time!
That is great you’ve stayed active throughout your pregnancy. You have been so healthy and that is definitely an inspiration to other moms!
I really really want to try these No Bull burgers– I need to look into whether or not they sell them in DC area!
They are…@ whole foods!
I can’t to drink fall flavored beer and drink wine
Almost there!!!

Hi ~ What brand of rice maker do you use? I had no idea they work for cooking oatmeal as well. I would love to know more.
Thank you!
