		<description>I had always felt the same way with weights and I still do to a certain extent. I would rather run for hours than have to go lift weights. Until I was introduced to an awesome facility with great muscle toning and circuit training classes. With the motivation of the poeple around me and seeing all these old ladies (60-70) lifting weights and coming to class inspired me. I now go to my school gym and don&#039;t get the classes anymore so I am back to struggling with lifting but CLASSES are key to toning if you really dislike lifting. I didn&#039;t even realize how much I was actually working my muscle until you see the results!!! :) I hope you keep enjoying your classes and kudos with the coffee your stronger than I am.</description>
