Waving Goodbye

May 31, 2012

Could I really have named this post anything else!

image

We cleaned and packed up the whole house and just hit the road with a couple of smoked herring sandwiches in tow. Topped with pickles and tomatoes!

image

I also polished off some frozen berries I thawed left from the freezer. They were refreshing!

We have started our long trek home. Garden greens at the finish!

your fingers must have been a mess! I just try to use those berries for smoothies and it looks like I murdered someone when I’m done!

I love those berries. I use them over yogurt, by themselves, in smoothies and any other way I can find. Yummy.

Where were you able to find the Great Value brand berries?? I can only find them at Wal-Mart and I hate shopping there.

My dad got them at the beach and I think they went there on their way down

I love to put frozen cherries in my oatmeal lol. I love how they end up still frozen in the middle! Everyone who has seen me do it thinks it looks gross though. lol

Not all, but most. Larbs and Matt took some and Karen’s friend took some and I think we had about the equiv. of 2 loaves left this morning
