It's SO hard to eat a meal alone without magazines, TV, etc... but I definitely eat slower (and LESS) when I do that.

your oats always look SO good!

I've been wondering about coconut butter. does it taste like shredded coconut? Or is it more subtle?

Ashley ,
Yes, I worked up to 30 minutes, and 40 minutes is pretty tough. LOL, level 12 isn't running yet, but it's a fast clip. I just keep stepping! A magazine does wonders for my attention span, and some days are much easier than others. Just keep at it and you'll get better!

Hi Kath,

I read your blog every day and I notice that you enjoy the Stepmill. I have been trying it out lately and I LOVE it because I get that really sweaty purple-faced good workout. But, I do find that I have a hard time doing more than 20 minutes. Did you have to work up to 30-45 minutes? And do you change the speeds yourself or like to use the programs?

I just saw that you do it on a level 12??!?! That is basically like running, right? Do you do it that level the whole time? I think I have a lot of work to do!

Too many cooks in the kitchen, that is funny. I find myself (and I know Sheila can relate) running into (pun intended) this problem all of the time. It seems that no matter how big the kitchen, the outsiders always seem to need to be right where the cook is working. I especially love this when I am working with knives, good times! :-)

By the way, I have to say that I am jealous of your ability to ride your bike up to the gym. I would totally do that myself (as would Sheila) but we would probably flash freeze about half way there. Spring is right around the corner though, I am so ready for warm weather.
