Three Courses

September 13, 2010

I’m back on the yoga wagon! Until my pass runs out, I’m planning to go every weekday at noon, rain or shine, busy or not. Today’s class was great, as was the breezy bike ride there and back.

Here are three courses for you to enjoy:

Glad you found a yoga class that you really like! This post reminds me of when Bert and Ernie sing the alphabet song on Sesame Street, and L is for “lumps in my oatmeal” :-)

What fun posters :) The panzanella salad looks great too. I made one a couple of weeks ago that I really need to remake – it was that delicious :)

I would love to go to yoga every day at lunchtime — I’m so glad you found a class you enjoy.

Your lunch looks great and I too have LLL tonight — thats what I get for avoiding it all weekend long :(

Nice lunch! I have been considering yoga and would like to convince my husband to go, but I am not sure what kind would be good for guys. Any suggestions or am I way out on a limb here? He is interested in Tai Chi, but I have no idea where to even start looking for that here either. Good luck on the laundry!

I think guys like the power yoga stuff more than the more gentle kinds, so I’d look for a power vinyasa class

I can’t seem to get the code ‘Victory’ to work on opensky to get free shipping. I’ve tried with uppercase V and lowercase. Any suggestions?
