Glad you found a yoga class that you really like! This post reminds me of when Bert and Ernie sing the alphabet song on Sesame Street, and L is for “lumps in my oatmeal” :-)

2 Valerie @ City|Life|Eats September 13, 2010 at 2:49 pm

What fun posters :) The panzanella salad looks great too. I made one a couple of weeks ago that I really need to remake – it was that delicious :)

8 Holly @ couchpotatoathlete September 13, 2010 at 2:51 pm

I would love to go to yoga every day at lunchtime — I’m so glad you found a class you enjoy.

Your lunch looks great and I too have LLL tonight — thats what I get for avoiding it all weekend long :(

9 Estela @ Weekly Bite September 13, 2010 at 2:53 pm

So cute! Super fun post Kath :)

10 Sarena (The Non-Dairy Queen) September 13, 2010 at 2:53 pm

Nice lunch! I have been considering yoga and would like to convince my husband to go, but I am not sure what kind would be good for guys. Any suggestions or am I way out on a limb here? He is interested in Tai Chi, but I have no idea where to even start looking for that here either. Good luck on the laundry!

11 Kath September 13, 2010 at 2:55 pm

I think guys like the power yoga stuff more than the more gentle kinds, so I’d look for a power vinyasa class

12 Sarena (The Non-Dairy Queen) September 13, 2010 at 6:14 pm

Thanks Kath! I definitely will.

13 Jean@RoastedRootsandPumpkinSpice September 13, 2010 at 2:54 pm
