I TOTALLY agree with you about soymilk in coffee. Yuck. I’d rather go without something milky than use soy, which is strange, because I like soymilk in other places.

Maggie ,
It's from Whole Foods.

Sheila | Live Well 360°,
So sad I missed you! I was tucked in bed exhausted. Maybe next time :)

seelee live (for the love of peanut butter),
I don't know if it's marketed natural, but it's trans-fat free.

Heather ,
NO!! Pumpkin spice!? Yum! I'll keep my eye out for it, although I don't know if we can afford it this month :)

Tina + Allison K,
It was vanilla! It needs fat :(

Rose-Anne,
I think it all depends on the context of the coconut sat. fat. Since us healthy gals eat relatively low and since coconut is not eaten by the pound, it's prob. no biggie.

Lynna ,
Good tip! But I think my idea is set...

Melissa ,
It's like black tea with nutmeggy flavor. It's not as creamy as eggnog (obviously) but with milk and some sweetener, it's pretty similar to the real thing! Bigelow is pretty widely available, so maybe just see if your local store has it by the single box first.

my neighbors have coconut butter, which i've never tried, and they use it instead of butter when they make french toast. let me know what other uses you find for it!

hii i noticed your coconut butter & i'm intrigued :] i started using unrefined coconut oil (its a thick butter like substance) as an oil/butter source after so much hype. coconut has been knocked around for being so bad but after the 'skinny bitch' book praised it so much i thought i'd give it a try. i guess a little bit of coconut is good for you? and it kinda smells like the beach :]

Hey Kath.. I've been a reader for quite a while now and I love, love, love your blog!

I clicked on the link for your list of Amazon.com favorites and was quite intrigued by the Bigelow Eggnogg'n tea as I am an enormous fan of egg nog as well! I would love to try the tea, but am a little apprehensive to purchase such a large quantity right off the bat! Do you know if this tea has a strong egg nog flavor or is it fairly mild? Any helpful descriptors? :)

You don't like Nancy's cottage cheese? I luuuuuuurve this stuff. The sourness is what makes it for me. I'd eat only this brand of cottage cheese if only it were cheaper.
