On my way to Great Harvest this morning. Our mentor, Zeb, is here in town for a business visit. We always learn something valuable from the GH team! (And woo hoo – going out to dinner tonight!)

Simple bowl of yogurt, blackberries, straws and banana plus almond butter and Oh’s to get me going.

Can’t wait for a cup of coffee when I get there!!

Sometimes simple is the only way to go – I’ve been CRAVING cereal lately. WIsh my bananas would hurry up and ripen!

It must be great to have a mentor from other GH’s! I hope you learn some fun new stuff!

Didn’t you just love the ending?? I really did, but I know a lot of people didn’t. I thought it was perfect, especially how the closing shot was the same as the shot in episode one (the one of Jack). LOST is the smartest show ever made and Sawyer will always hold a special place in my heart ;)

I was so excited to find chocolate covered sunflower seeds the other day! It made me think of your ‘Easter Egg Hunt’ breakfast. It was definitely a fab addition to my oatmeal.

It’s from OpenSky – the Cali bowl!

Actually – It’s a Salsabol (I have two of them which is why I felt obligated to correct! :)
They’re sold out on Opensky (I think?)…but still available at Uncommogoods.com

Lol I was wondering the same thing. A straw definitey wouldn’t be the most practical way to eat cereal.

Omg, this is like the cutest bowl ever. It reminds me of an armchair cause it’s slumped to the side a little bit. But it looks like a perfect bowl for a lazy day, it totally would mirror how I sit when I’m feeling lazy. Slumped.

I noticed that you have almond butter in this bowl. I was just wondering if you’re eating much peanut butter now that you’re pregnant. I just found out that I’m expecting, and I’m really torn about whether I need to give up peanut products. There seems to be conflicting opinions about the risk of causing peanut allergies in the baby. I normally eat a LOT of peanur butter, so the prospect of giving it up seems daunting. Do you have any thoughts on it?

53 KathEats April 20, 2012 at 6:36 am

I generally prefer sunflower or almond but I’m still eating pb. My doctor said it was fine.
