Technical Difficulties

I am having technical difficulties both with my computer and with my body this morning. I tried to install the Eye-Fi card on my laptop and everything went haywire, denying me internet access on my desktop and such. And then Windows Live Writer wouldn’t upload my post!!! I just spent 45 minutes problem solving with no luck and am having to put in the photos by hand…

I woke up and spent an hour on the couch with some green tea -

But before I could sit down, I found some evidence of last night’s munchies!!! I laughed out loud when I saw the lone kashi cracker – and then I ate it! I will also add that I had a bowl of cereal too last night. Talk about munch.

After sipping my tea, I decided to breathe out these toxins, so I did 20 minutes of YogaDownload’s Detox #1 . All the breathing really did help a lot and I felt much better afterwards and ready for some breakfast.

I considered oatmeal, but what I really wanted was citrus fruit so I made a big plate of oranges -

And had two small slices of GH Cranberry Orange Bread on the side – topped with some whipped butter.

I’ve got some writing to do (for a freelance project!!), some cleaning, grocery shopping + meal planning, exercise and more to do today and I’m getting a VERY late start. I don’t think I can handle any more computer stuff! GUFF!

Thanks

haha that Kashi cracker comment made me laugh out loud!!!

It’s hilarious some of the foods I have eaten or seen people make after drinking. Eric’s best one was using BEER for Kraft Dinner instead of milk. LOL! So gross.

Freelance, eh? Sounds exciting!!

Can’t tell you how many times that has happened to me. Walking downstairs, looking at the evidence of the night before. haha! I like that you disposed of it quickly. ;p How did you get offered a freelance opportunity? That’s great!

congrats on the freelance project.
Has the husband ever made sunflower seed bread? My guy makes it quite often and it is sooo good. Hr grinds up sunflower seeds and adds to the dough and then he adds some whole sunflower seeds for added crunch.

Are you considering cereal and crackers toxins?

Glad that the detox breathing worked! Sometimes at work I find myself doing breathing exercised while charting on patients. The oranges look great! My hubby and I actually had the same craving at lunch and added some to a salad. Good luck on the freelance project!!!
