Workout – check. Grocery shopping – check. Lunch – check. Just after blogging we biked to the gym and back with 40 minutes of ellipticalling in-between. Short and efficient. Ahhhhh. I had a relaxing afternoon. But it still managed to fly by! After I finished this morning’s post I set out on a run and ended up doing 5.5 miles. I got home at 12:45 and realized I had had breakfast at 6:30 and was still going! (But yes, I was getting really hungry.) [...]
