I get great satisfaction from transferring money into savings too :)
Random, unrelated question but, what kind of bike do you have? Yours seems to be less of a road bike than others and I’m just curious as I’m trying to find a bike for the same kinds of things you use yours for. thanks!

2 KathEats July 31, 2011 at 9:33 am

My bike is a Trek 7.2. I really like it, although I have a pedal that is coming off and needs repair!

3 Kelly @ Laughter, Strength, and Food July 31, 2011 at 9:24 am

Sounds like a perfect Sunday to me! πŸ˜€

4 Brittany @ Itty Bits of Balance July 31, 2011 at 9:28 am

I LOVE MINT.COM!!!! That thing is my savior

Happy Sunday

5 Kelsey @ My Search of Summer July 31, 2011 at 9:37 am

Definitely setting up a account right now!

6 leatitia July 31, 2011 at 9:39 am

How great that you can put money in savings in the first months of opening the bakery! Great job you guys!

That oatmeal looks delish! It makes me hungry… off to make Sunday’s pancakes! I’m trying rice flour this morning!

7 robin July 31, 2011 at 9:44 am

walked for 45 minutes this morning came home sweaty! Showered, and ate a poached egg on good bread with herbs and fresh tomatoe. Youre rubbing off on me .

8 Maria @ Beautiful Busy Bee July 31, 2011 at 9:45 am

That sounds incredibly relaxing!!! :) Enjoy your Harry Potter. I loved the 7th movie pt 2, except the very end because they don’t look much older.

9 Kate (What Kate is Cooking) July 31, 2011 at 9:47 am

I love relaxing weekend mornings! I had early workouts both today and yesterday though, so no sleeping in for me. Maybe next weekend :)

10 Cait's Plate July 31, 2011 at 9:50 am

This is seriously a perfect Sunday morning!

That bowl of oats looks amazing (makes me regret my pancakes and THAT is saying something!)

Enjoy your day :)

11 rumfunandsun July 31, 2011 at 9:53 am

Maybe that’s why I have been having trouble getting up early…our new bedroom is so dark and not much light comes in to wake me up! I am going to open the curtains before bed tonight and see what happens!

Enjoy your day off!

12 Allie (Live Laugh Eat) July 31, 2011 at 9:55 am

Have a fabulous day off!! One more HP ’til you see the last one right? OH! I did NOT wake up naturally to sunlight this morning…rather to 9 different alarms I set, which I also snoozed…and then I got up at 10:26 naturally!

13 KathEats July 31, 2011 at 10:45 am

That’s what time I often go to sleep, naturally :)

14 Ann @ Day by Day July 31, 2011 at 9:56 am

What a wonderful sounding Sunday. I love sitting down and reading on Sundays and enjoying a day off from doing much after my morning exercise and then church. As soon as I finish school and have an income, I can’t wait to start using It sounds so cool!

15 Sweet and Savvy July 31, 2011 at 10:05 am

Perfect Sunday! Hope it’s great!:)

Your oatmeal always looks AMAZING! You are always so creative — Kath, YOU inspire me!

22 Sarena (The Non-Dairy Queen) July 31, 2011 at 10:40 am

I wish I was feeling as refreshed this morning. I’ve been up way too late this weekend and too early too! I start a new job tomorrow that has got me super excited, so I’m hoping adrenaline keeps me going this week. I hope you have a great day Kath!

23 Jennifer July 31, 2011 at 10:51 am

Fantastic on the savings! That’s important and what a great feeling. :) Enjoy your fabulous day!

24 krystina July 31, 2011 at 10:54 am

26 staceyhealthylife July 31, 2011 at 10:59 am

Both of those mugs are too cute!

Sounds like a wonderfully relaxing and productive day!
Enjoy :)

29 Hillary July 31, 2011 at 11:07 am

I also let myself sleep in for the first time in FOREVER (I’m talking eleven hours of sleep here. It was ridonkulous). Have a great Sunday, and enjoy HP!!

30 Chelsea @ One Healthy Munchkin July 31, 2011 at 11:18 am

Sunday mornings are the best time of the week! I love being able to take my time with getting ready for the day. They’re the only time when I don’t feel guilty about staying in my PJs all morning. πŸ˜‰

Enjoy the rest of your day off!

31 Aine @ Something to Chew Over July 31, 2011 at 11:26 am

Sounds like a great day to me! Enjoy :)

32 Namaste Gurl July 31, 2011 at 11:27 am

I tried coach oats recently and really liked them. I added chia seeds which made them too thick and gelly, but I won’t next time since they’re more dense and voluminous than regular rolled oats. :)
Have a wonderful day!

33 Shannon @ My Place In The Race July 31, 2011 at 12:25 pm

What a great morning! πŸ˜€

(I hate those stupid crickets too! Yuck!)

34 Laura @ Sprint 2 the Table July 31, 2011 at 12:27 pm

Not having to wake up to an alarm is my favorite part about the weekend – unfortunately it doesn’t happen often enough!

35 Jackie @ That Deep Breath July 31, 2011 at 12:50 pm

I love!! It’s amazing, I love all of the budgets you can set and how easy it is to update!

36 Molly @ RDexposed July 31, 2011 at 1:09 pm

We took the coffee and oatmeal route but opted for Parks and Recs!

37 Lexi @ A Spoonful of Sunshine July 31, 2011 at 1:30 pm

Love Sundays.

Jack Johnson’s song, “Banana Pancakes,” really sums up the perfect Sunday for me!

But uhh, any day that involves pancakes is off to a pretty good start as well πŸ˜‰

38 Angel7 July 31, 2011 at 1:48 pm

It’s such a good feeling to know you have a nice, relaxing day ahead of you, and to know there is extra money to spare for your nest egg–I just reread that sentence and laughed to myself, because it starts off like the beginning of Mr. Rogers’ song (LOL)

39 Annette @ EnjoyYourHealthyLife July 31, 2011 at 4:38 pm

I love Sundays! Church, good meals, naps, and time with family/husband!!

40 Hannah July 31, 2011 at 6:23 pm

Look at all the textures going on there! What a lovely way to start the day :)

41 Khushboo August 1, 2011 at 3:47 am
