Getting up this morning was easy despite getting into bed a little late. We were at the gym and sweating by 5:45. I had a stupendous workout: 17 minutes on the ET while I waited for the Stepmill to open up, then 30 minutes on the SM, then pull-ups, push-ups and KellyT lunges + upper body lifting. I don’t think I have ever felt as strong as I did today. Guess what I have to thank? Yoga. Go ahead and say it together: “We told you so!”
Breakfast was a wonderful bowl of Banana Cottage Cheese Fig Seedy Oats starring the rest of this ProBar -

- 1/3 cup oats, vanilla soy milk, water, pinch salt, 1/2 large banana
- Another half large banana (we’ve got an overload from Costco to use up fast)
- 1/2 tbsp ground flax
- 2 dried figs, chopped
- ~1/8 cup cottage cheese, stirred in at end
- ~1/5 ProBar
- Barney Butter, dotted
