Had to wake up by alarm clock today so we could eat breakfast in time to get to the market on time to get to YOGA on time!

The Vita-Mix [for TWO smoothies]
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup milk
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1/3 cup Vega Vanilla Almond
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup raw rolled oats
Toppings – Galaxy Granola crunch and Choco Hazelnut Buttah.

We were SPOTTED by blog reader Suzanne!! Probably the most random celebrity sighting I’ve encountered yet! Suzanne is visiting Cville and training for a trialathon on her bike this morning. How incredibly random is it that she rode by our house and we happened to be outside right then and she looked over and recognized us! Must have been the fact that two people were eating smoothies in bowls
My head is feeling a bit off balance today. I only had maybe 2 glasses of wine last night, but I’m thinking I need to cut back to my one-drink-a-night rule because no matter how much fun I have, it’s not worth feeling like this.
But biking + shopping + yoga will surely fix it!
