It’s hard to believe that Davidson has been around nearly 200 years. So many classes came before us! The last time the Class of ‘05 together it was on a rainy day in May, meaning our graduation ceremony had to be moved into the sports complex. Tonight we dined in that very location.
I had a sip of homebrewed pumpkin at the preparty Matt hosted before we left. This one is WAY better than his first two pumpkin beers!
Matching grey!
Where’s Canada?
There were lovebirds everywhere
Amy and I give a special shout out to KERIN, who I hear is a big KERF fan on the West Coast!!
My dear friend Mizzle says hello
After sharing a short glass of wine with Matt, we sat down to salads
Simple.
On the buffet, there was chicken marsala, potatoes, and buttery green beans, plus rolls. I did not clean my plate, but I ate all of my veggies!
I had a bite of the cobbler (because I have to taste every dessert in the world!) but tonight one bite was good enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. I miss California’s food.
Girls from my freshman hall! Third Rich!!
Who knows where Matt is by now…
It’s been really fun seeing everyone again, but I’m ready to click my heels together three times

I can’t wait to go to my first college reunion! Reunions look like so much fun! At least yours looks like it was a lot of fun
Reunions look like a ton of fun! I am not sure if my class will have one – I went to a big school where graduation takes place twice – once in the morning for 1/2 of the graduating class, and once in the afternoon for the other 1/2 (it’s done based on college w/in the university). I hope so, though!
Time to head home for a little rest relaxation and back to a normal schedule isn’t it.
i’ve been living the past month traveling and doing everything out of the normal and i can’t wait to just be at home and relaxing for a while too…i know how you feel!
That is so cool that ya’ll have a reunion like that! I wish I had been closer with more people from college… I guess that’s what happens when you have an off campus apartment.
I’ll just live vicariously through you!
Love the reunion pics! The freshman one is my fav
I’d LOOOOVE to see my friends since frosh year!!
Cute matching outfits
hehehe
What a fun reunion!! Love being with my best college friends and remembering life before the “real world”!
Love the idea of cobbler in a cocktail glass! There’s my next dinner party idea
I love that you miss CA food. That’s where it’s at
How fun getting to see so many old friends!
My husband and I also attended the same college. It, took is a beautiful campus and we both love strolling it when we go back. Looks like you have a fun evening!
I love that you miss California food. How lucky I am to eat it every day!
Also, I love that you are so in love with your alma mater. I feel similarly about Notre Dame. It’s so nice to get back to campus and run into familiar faces. Small private universities just have a way of leaving a mark on you forever!
Apparently, clikcing your heals on works if you’re wearing Ruby Red Slippers. Bummer, I know! Lol…you’ll be back to routine and ready for another adventure before you know it!
I’ve moved too far to go to any reunions but I’m glad to hear you’ve had such a great time!
I attended one school for my first three semesters and another for my final five, but I haven’t been back to either since I graduated in 2001! Honestly, I’m closer to my high school friends and friends made after graduation than the people I with whom I attended college. It sure looks like a good time, though!
You are gorgeous, the dress is adorable, and the event looks like it was a ton of fun! Safe travels when you head back home.
I always admire your photography. The first one of the table setting in this post is simply beautiful and serene.
*Sigh*. College reunions. What a blast.
I adore your dress! Absolutely fabulous
aw now i really want to go to my 5-year reunion! it is next september:-)
It’s crazy to me that so many people went back for a 5 year college reunion. I guess that’s what you get when you go to a small private school. That’s awesome.
You and Amy look like sisters….so alike!
You have to be so warn out. What a crazy adventure you have been on the past couple of weeks! Hopefully you will be able to rest some in the next few days! Looks like a great time though!
There is nothing like constant travel to make you long for home! I travel a lot for work and I always look forward to my time in my own bed!
You always look so effortlessly pretty. I am in love with that dress and wish I owned it.
So glad you were able to have some veggies with your dinner! The food does look very different from your Cali pictures. :-/ Hope you have a splendid day!
Must be a lot of fun to catch up with friends you haven’t seen in a while!
Glad you enjoyed yourself!
there’s no place like home – there’s no place like home.
You guys look like you had so much fun! It must have been so great to catch up with everyone!
Looks like a fun night but a pretty lame dinner! Bummer, although it sounds like you are kinda fooded out anyway. Enjoy being home!
Looks like a fun reunion! It must have been nice getting to see everyone again.
How fun! I don’t think my college has reunions? Your dress is so cute!
I LOVE the “lovebird” female’s dress…. so gorgeous and eyecatching!
Must have been fun catching up with all your old college buddies
That looks really fun! I LOVE your gray dress – super cute!
I was on Third Rich my freshman year. My room was 302. But that was in 1990 – I am old. I am glad you had fun!
OH WOW!! I believe I was 304. So cool!!
This is hilarious! Thanks for the shout-out Kath (and Amy …)
I was surprised when I saw Dallas on the blog a few months ago, and now Amy is all over it! Such a small world. Looks like you guys had a great time. And yes, I love your blog, keep writing!
Hey Kerin! So sorry I spelled your name wrong! I never thought to double check. Will go change it
Thanks for reading!
You look like the only sober one in that group shot! Good for you!!
