Hi Kath, I read up on the history of KERF based on this post and all of your links (and then links from those links… I’m probably responsible for 15 of your hits today and a few on the old blog!) and I’m definitely inspired by you. I resigned from my job in July to pursue my next steps in life, and at 27 years old I’m thinking about officially studying nutrition by going back to school (…again- spent three years on a Master’s degree which I received last year in a different subject). I’ve looked into Master’s programs and Bachelor’s programs. I read that you now have the bakery and KERF, but I haven’t seen anything about practicing with clients. Do you do that as well, or did you decide to go a different route with the bakery? I’m curious what opportunities are out there for an RD! Thanks so much, and congratulations of four years of blogging!
