GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR I hate technology!! (Except for my camera!) My laptop Windows Live Writer is still not uploading my photos without an error. I can send text. I can send one at a time, but not a whole post with photos. I had to do this all manually again, which, because of my broken WordPress media uploader, took me an HOUR.
So far, so good, class wise. *Knock on wood* but I think this semester is going to be a good one. ALL, I repeat, ALL of my classes are directly related to Nutrition! How exciting. I love my schedule too. Back to back morning classes starting at a reasonable hour followed by a 3 hour lunch break. Then one more class (two more on Wed., but I can deal with that for no T/TH!) We did introductions in my first two classes today and always have to say something about ourselves. I said that I write a food blog
Kelsey and I are chatting over lunch and our laptops in a lounge. Mine was awesome today!
A small Ham + Pepperjack (I could taste the cheese!) Sandwich on Great Harvest High Five Fiber bread with mustard and spinach.

The produce.

The dairy + crunch.

Have my school lunches ever looked this vibrant?!

Guest Lunch Post!
Here’s Kelsey!

And here’s her lunch! She had 2 MorningStar Sausage Patties on a Trader Joe’s WW English Muffin with mustard (half eaten!!). And a side salad with butter lettuce + carrots with Kraft Classic Italian dressing.

And she had a banana!

Off to STUDY. Well, really, put all these tests and papers in my calendar. I am determined to finish as many papers as I can before the end of January so I can relax as the semester’s content gets harder. It’s a great strategy! Just pretend the paper is due next week and get it done.
Adios!

Mmm, Kelsey’s lunch looks pretty darn good.
Love the crunch! Sorry about the crappy computer stuff
Sometimes I just want to throw them out the window.
Great Picture of Kelsey!
The picture of the banana is hilarious! That sucks about your computer! Also just wanted to let you know that I’m doing a giveaway on my blog this week, stop on over if you want to enter!

Wish I had your diligence — I could NEVER do papers a month ahead of time!!
have a great aft.!
Love the banana picture!
Great lunches! They both look yummy!
I agree – I had my first class today, and I think we’re BOTH in for a great semester
Fun guest post from Kelsey!!
hi kath.
sorry to hear that school is back! i bet the semester flies by with all fun classes though.
have a fabulous monday!
glad to hear your classes won’t be torturous!
I hope that i feel the sme about my classes this semester.
Love the guest post
Mmm, both of you ladies’ lunches look excellent!
I’ve looked for Chobani around where I live, and can’t find it! Dang! I’ve heard such good things about it.
I’m glad you’re feeling hopeful about your semester! I’m glad to be getting back to school, too. I don’t know what to do with myself when I don’t have a lot of homework and studying hanging over my head.
Hey Kath,
Thanks for suffering through the tech issues! I am sure you have answered this, but when do you find it easiest to pack lunch?
Do you have a fav lunch of all time? Happy booking!
Wow those pictures keep getting better and better!!!
I agree with your strategy for papers – it saves so much stress!!!
Hey Kath. Way to not procrastinate. Good for you. Your lunch did look so vibrant, and Kelsey is too cute. Sorry about your problems with Live Writer. I’ve read that other bloggers are having trouble with it as well.
Glad your first day back is going well! We started back again today, too but just started with (another!!) orientation thing, so I guess they’re easing us back into it
Clinic rotations start tomorrow, so this semester will definitely be different than the last one!
yayay! kath a 3 hour lunch break sounds PHENOMENAL!!!!
I don’t know how you can motivate yourself to do papers before you have barely even gotten into the classes. I like writing my papers once I have enough class knowledge behind me (or the night before they are due! HA!)
Awesome though to have 2 days off a week. I never was able to get any free days while in school. Boo.
good ol’ school lunches
Haha, wow, I think that banana just burned a hole through my eyes
. And I am deciding right now that I will take the no-procrastinating-on-papers stance with you. No more delays allowed!
Love both lunches! I always wondered how those Morningstar Farms Sausage Links were!

Kelsey’s salad looks radioactive! Was it really that lime green in person?
Kelsey you are so pretty!
Great lunches

The banana picture is the best! It gives me an idea for a fun blog post. I’ll let you know when I do it!
I just love your idea of doing things ahead of time! Unfortunately all of my classes are lab and exam based, so I can’t really do that, wah!
I can relate to computer malfunction. My “4” only works ever other time I use it, a the “mute” on my new lap top doesn’t work. I uninstalled a program and now it works fine but I need that program for other functions. Programming error, obviously. User error in the sense that I’m responsible for calling them and getting it fixed.
Anywho, love the “guest lunch“, thought it was fun.
Your new camera is honestly amazing! LOVE THE PICS
Sorry you’re having technical difficulties! Hope the rest of your day went well!!
WOW! Your camera is super clear!!
I generally want to throw computers out the window. Or down the stairs.
But then I’d have no computer!
Glad that this semester seems to interesting! Too bad about having to post manually =(
both lunches look great! i always have some sort of issue with my blogger.. i know how you feel!!!
Melissa (fitnessnyc),
I always pack my lunches the night before – I hate being rushed in the morning and with my workout, breakfast and blogging, I never have time. Plus, at dinnertime the cutting board is already out and dirty!
Rachel ,
No, I swear this camera makes things brighter than life!

Hi Kelsey, Nice lunch!
Sorry about the technology issues, Kath. Get this visual and you might feel better. I watch TV via antenna.
It’s fabulous when all your classes are on a topic you enjoy! It makes school so much more bearable.
Awesome Lunches! I am glad that your classes seem interesting and that your semester seems like it will be fun. Thanks for all of your hard work blogging
I love Guest Lunch Posts! It’s great to get more ideas of what to eat
Thanks for doing this, Kath!
