I love crack wraps, and eat one almost every day! And Sarah is one of the best bloggers out there. If you don't read hers, you are seriously missing out

Thanks everyone for the comments.

For all those who aren't fans, I completely understand.

I avoid processed, fake, "fat free" foods for the most part. If your read my blog, you'll see that I am into whole foods, fruit, vegetables, Hugh Jass salads, fresh juice, and that I'm about 90% vegan as well. "Crack wraps" are my one guilty pleasure, and kind of like reality TV...not something I'm terribly proud of, but fun anyway!

why it is that nasty processed cheese melts so beautifully? sometimes "real" cheese just doesn't compare. This looks awesome. I'm not so sure about cheese wit hummus, but I need to give it a try!

Ew. Fat-free cheese has an ingredient list the length of my arm, as do those wraps. Give me REAL cheese on REAL bread. (We miss you, Kath!)

I tried this for the first time a few weeks ago & am hooked!

Part of the beauty of this "recipe" is you can easily modify it to suit your mood or what's in your fridge. :)

YUM.

I don't know why I didn't realize you were from Oregon. I check your blog often and really enjoy it. I'm from Oregon but now am in Maine (coast to coast!). Even though we get winter here we also have a lot of sun and less gray rainy days. Love Oregon! Yummy recipe.

Mmm, melted cheese.

Don't worry about the naysayers, Sarah. I count calories for weight loss most of the time. It helped me to lose 98 lbs in 10 months. And as a fellow blogger, my audience LOVES when I post the calories. In fact, I get tons of requests for them when I don't. It's great to know what and how much you are putting into your body. More people should be aware of nutritional labels and portions. If we were all natural born intuitive eaters, that maintained a healthy weight without counting calories or measuring portions, calorie labels would never exist. And while full-fat cheese is wonderful, I eat reduced fat cheese and skim milk all the time. There's room for everything in a balanced diet! :)
