Salisbury Sandwich Spread

January 13, 2010

A midday hello to you all! I’m iPhoning it for a quick lunch post :)

We are in the office planning today and took a quick trip over to the high school to plan for a meeting next week.

Lucky us, a lunch meeting was canceled and we inherited their lunch spread!!! Sandwiches, cold salads, fruit and cookies :)

I made a sandwich with a slice of turkey and half a piece of pepperjack, mustard, tomatoes, pickles, and lettuce.

Plus lots of fruit and pickle spears!! <3

And a palate-cleansing bite of white chocolate cookie for dessert.

Great lunch!!

I'm looking forward to HOT yoga tonight and a late dinner. See ya then ;)

Inherited food is so yummy (although most of the time dangerous)!

A few years ago I was really into Bikram yoga, but stopped wanting to shell out the $ for the studio I really liked. I should maybe look at getting back into it…
