Back from Biochem. My quiz went well enough, but it wasn’t on all the structures – which I knew best!
It was so nice to eat lunch with the husband, as Mondays are his days off but I am usually gone
I made a rainbow of a salad to go with the sunny day –
- Romaine
- Broccoli
- Carrot
- Peppers
- Beets
- Feta
- ~1/4 cup Sabra hummus (under the cheese!)
- ~1 tbsp Annie’s Raspberry dressing
Plus a side plate of pear, orange + Kashi Sesame
It’s been a while my lovers!! I think the husband and I ate half a box!
POM + water
Can I add that I’m wearing a Rainbow Brite vest too!?!?!
In The Blog World
A loaf of the husband’s homemade bread is up for auction over at Graduate Meagann’s Blogging Bake Sale. She’s raising money for the The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
My grandpa is sporting the KERF attire over at Every Gym’s Nightmare’s Blogger Fashion Show.
And Zesty is giving away two sets of Grill Charms! How cute for burgers. Mmmm….bur-gurrrs.
That’s it kids! I gotta get to studying ASAP!

I tried to get my parents to name my little sister Rainbow Brite. It did not work so well.
If only my salads can be as different and interesting every day as yours, I would be eating ‘em all the time. *sigh* I think I need more creativity!!

I bid on Matt’s bagels. Being diabetic, most of the sweets I have to avoid, but Matt’s bread is definitely insulin worthy!

Haven’t seen Kashi crackers anywhere nearby. Gotta get some!

I put beets in my salad and got strange looks! I also had feta in my salad. Apparently, we are salad twins today! My dinner is canned soup, so sadly, I think the streak ends here.
