I’m eating breakfast without my cronies today – guess everyone is too sleepy to come to breakfast!? You couldn’t PAY me to skip breakfast!!!
I started my day in a daze – too much food and wine – oof! Hoping to balance that out today with lots of fruits and vegetables

I made some coffee in the room while I got dressed – I really like the Starbucks African blend that is often in hotels.
And arrived at breakfast. You can’t go wrong with lots and lots of choices.
Breakfast today was sponsored by Quaker…so I knew oats had to be involved

SCORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLAIN YOGURT!! I really don’t like flavored yogurts – except a select few. And when I have yogurt for breakfast with toppings, I love the contrast of tart plain vs. topping. But you never find plain yogurt in public.

I combined two foods normally served in bowls onto a plate -
Plain yogurt in the middle, oatmeal and berries on the side, topped with pecans and cinnamon.
Love all the berries!!!
I took about 1/3 of this raisin bran muffin and crumbled it on top –
And I hear honey is good for hangovers!?
