Peanuts and toffee and crunch – oh my!
I woke up a little dehydrated today, but nothing a few chugs of water couldn’t fix. I am so glad I wasn’t feeling the drudges of alcohol
We started the relaxing morning with coffee and oats. I can’t believe it’s a Friday because it sure feels like Saturday!
- 1/3 cup oats, soy milk, water, 1 medium ripe banana, 1 tbsp raisins, pinch salt
- 1/4 cup Kashi Crunch Honey Almond Flax
- 1/2 tbsp toffee pieces
- 1/2 tbsp butterscotch chips
- Spoonful Smucker’s Natural (salty to contrast the sweet)
Much better than yesterday ….
I am sprinting out the door as we speak – I’ve got the urge to run because I saw the SUN for the first time in 3 days peek out of the clouds!!!
