Something about the weather change…I don’t know…but I didn’t feel so well this morning. My intention was to do a workout DVD, but I felt slightly nauseous and tired and worked on the blog instead. I finally got my appetite back and ate lunch and now I’m feeling a little better. Hoping to get outside – maybe just for a walk today. Maybe this is the beginning of another step back in pregnancy fitness, but anything other than walking sounds too difficult at the moment. I bet it’s just an off day though.
Lunch was a delicious egg, cheddar and avocado sandwich on Cville Crunch bread.
