Something about the weather change…I don’t know…but I didn’t feel so well this morning. My intention was to do a workout DVD, but I felt slightly nauseous and tired and worked on the blog instead. I finally got my appetite back and ate lunch and now I’m feeling a little better. Hoping to get outside – maybe just for a walk today. Maybe this is the beginning of another step back in pregnancy fitness, but anything other than walking sounds too difficult at the moment. I bet it’s just an off day though.
Lunch was a delicious egg, cheddar and avocado sandwich on Cville Crunch bread.
With quinoa salad on the side

Being nauseated is miserable. I feel for ya. I won’t be exercising outside today. We’re under a heat advisory. Predicted heat index 115 for the 2nd day in a row.

I admire that even when you don’t feel well, you eat healthy, living foods! That’s a habit I’m trying to start in my early 20s so I have it for life!

Yesterday was an off day for me as well! I had a sinus headache in the latter part of the afternoon until this morning. Thankfully, after I got up this morning, the headache dissipated and went away!
