These Monsons sure are strong!
Along with Uncle David and Elizabeth, we all participated (in and out) in a family bootcamp hour. Matt and I led the group in a series of exercises with laps around the complex in between (which were .33 miles each)
We did many high knees, butt kicks, grapevines, shuffles, bear walks, crunches, pushups, planks, squats, lunches, dips, jacks, mountain climbers and more. We just kept moving the whole time!
We ended up running a total of about 3 miles in laps too! It was a wonderful morning.
I’m planning to have these two guys for a light lunch to tide me over to the early afternoon reception. I want to be hungry when it’s time to feast!
I got this bar at the veg festival a while ago. Hope it’s good! Also, I don’t like green apples, but that’s all I got.
Goin’ to the chapel!

Great workout for the fam. Maybe we will incorporate this for Friday a.m. after Thanksgiving. I could get everyone to lead a lap and add their own variety to the fun.

I don’t even know what to think of this lol. The idea of me leading my family in a boot camp is utterly hilarious to me. You guys are definitely an unusual (but cool) family.
How cute! I would rather run 10 miles then do mountain climbers! There is just something about it that makes me angry. Just kidding. Looks like you all had a blast!
I think it’s FANTASTIC that all of you were able to work out & have fun together. Enjoy tonight.
That is so FUN! Working out should never be boring, and you never fail to illustrate that point. Love it!
Have you seen Dan in Real Life? If not you must because you guys have the same family. I’ve ALWAYS wanted to do stuff like that (family boot camp) but it would NEVER happen.
Oh heavens, the most athletic thing my family has ever done together is gone for a half hour stroll around the neighbourhood after eating for three hours straight on Christmas Day!
LOVE that you are getting the kids involved and off the couch! good job!
Way to encourage good exercise!

Aww, that looks so fun! What a great way to get an entire family moving together! You and Matt should share your methods with the school systems, haha.
I don’t like green apples either, btw. I am not a fan of sour fruit. BLEH!
