Breakfast Bar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SO glad I didn’t overdo it last night!!!

Caitlin was tired when we met in my room at 5:55 AM for an energizing run!

I’ve figured out the key to Garmins – let them sit on a windowsill (or balcony) to load satellites. Even if you walk through a building, it loads super quick.

But what I’ve noticed is that it always looks like a HUGE SPIDER!

I had a bite of banana and we were off!

Caitlin, Meghann and I did about 3.3 miles along the Charles. Love that I had people willing to run super early with me! I need to bring them on all my trips :)

(My Garmin missed the first half mile or so due to an human error)

We came down to get all set up for the conference

I’m so glad you ladies are having so much fun! I wish I could have made it up this year…maybe HLS 2010?

By the way, I know how much you love jam and I am giving a jar of my own homemade jam away this weekend! http://bellaeats.com/2009/08/13/bella-terra-blackberry-jam-anyone/

Thanks for the updates!

I went to the store yesterday to look for some Oikos yogurt since you are always talking about how good it is. I figured it would be more expensive than the Dannon I usually get for $.50, but I thought, that’s OK, I will pay more since it’s really good, they say. I was prepared to pay $1.

I walked up to the yogurt case and picked one up looking for a price. $1.75 each!!! For one! I about fell out! That’s ridiculous to me. I don’t care how good it is. Needless to say, I put it back on the shelf. I could buy a whole box of cereal for two of those.

You must be rolling in the dough, or getting it free for advertising for them.

Wow.

Carol,
Maybe your yogurts are just cheap? (Food Inc.) It’s not just about price – you’re paying for what you put in your body and you can choose what you buy. Maybbe you could get the larger bulk containers, which are cheaper per ounce.
