It’s here!!!! WHEW. Sigh of relief. Now we just have to fill it!

I had a few sips of this guy during cocktail hour – Matt drank most of it.
After some chatting, we put together the most lax dinner our house has seen.
Pantry chili, Karen-made salad (which was very nice!) and dinner at the kitchen table on the last 5 paper plates I own.
The chili was great – all pantry/freezer staples!! Beans, okra, peas, Applegate Farm’s Organic Cocktail Franks, Diced tomatoes, Organic Valley Cheddar. Matt served the bowls and I could only fit about half of mine.
Topped with plain Voskos! Thick, rich and awesome.
Served with some Tostitos fresh from Frito Lay – one of the Healthy Living Summit sponsors 
Karen brought a great green salad with veggies and a homemade dressing.
This is a giant Golden Rabbit bowl now available in my shop!
Served with some iced tea Karen made
I also had a few sips of this Chipotle Ale – delish!!
Our lizard friend said goodbye!

And meeee! Vanilla bean, taro + pineapple with fruit, chocochips, coconut and honey!
Mom and I just exhausted ourselves packing the kitchen.
Dad is VERY worried about the pod. We really don’t know if stuff is going to fit. Not sure what the contingency plan is…

I had some friends just use a pod to move across country. It is like a Jenga puzzle getting it all in, but I am sure you guys will be able to get it done! Good luck!
