		<description>I&#039;ve done rice before in the crock pot with my red beans &amp; rice.. a little different than what you&#039;re talking about..but it worked..I&#039;d just add it in about an hour prior to eating.</description>

		<description>Hilarious.  I just put the celantro stem, onion peals, spinach ickies and orange peals through the food processor so they&#039;ll make better compost.  It&#039;s about that same shade and consistancy!  Although I doubt it tastes near as good.  I had to take a picture to show you. I&#039;ve noticed that protein does not fill up my upper chamber until I have it with grains. And the ultimate upper chamber filler-upper is cereal and milk or yogurt!
