LOVE the video! So neat to find out what everything looks like (uh, totally beautiful!).
Lovely house.Do you mind if I ask if you guys rent or won it?
Just wondering how such a young couple could own one exp while still studying and all..any tips for the rest of us?

i am suprised you have a second guest bedroom rather than a home gym or something
Love your Southern accent!
And I have admire the green in your dining room since I first found your blog – did it ‘come with the house’ or did you paint it yourselves?
Your home is beautiful, thank you for sharing it
Molly,I didn’t mean it sarcastically.I honestly am impressed if they own a house already….we are struggling with trying and I was serious when I asked for tips….sorry if it came off in a different light.I really AM impressed !!
Beautiful house! Like Jen, we don’t own a house yet because (In Quebec, Canada) they are way too expensive for us right now.
But, I love all the colors of your home. Everything is so neat
Beautiful house!! What color/brand is the green paint you have in your dining room??
Very cool! Loving your assortments of photographs, paintings and antiques!!
Beautiful and cozy home! Thanks for sharing!
I loooooooooooooooooVE KERFLAND!!
Aw, love the layout, and it’s perfect size!
Kudos to you guys for being home owners so young. What’s the market like in NC? Up here in Toronto it’ll be a while ’til I have my own lawn, unless I stumble into $500,000+ somewhere.
Loving the bear-chair.
Thanks for the hospitality!
I love how you have so much family art….. we like to display that in our home as well.
Your house is really cute! Nice decor, too!
you have a lovely, lovely, lovely home.
I especially love all of the art!!
Your house is so beautiful. What a blessing. I love that you have so many personal accents, like your mom’s wedding picture and art by your grandma. That’s so lovely.
Great tour! Your house is lovely
Jenn
gorgeous house, girl! and i love your outdoor pantry hah. so funny!
adorable–I love the various greens, too.
Such a fun tour Kath! Thanks for sharing it! You have SUCH a beautiful house. Definitely some major style and a homey, contemporary feel! BEAUTIFUL!
Do you ever have to move the items in your pantry if the weather gets to hot or cold? It’s a great idea to make extra room in the kitchen, but I’d worry about it spoiling. Has that ever been a problem?
This was fun Kath, thanks! I love your couch and the colors of your walls.
i loved the tour kath!! your house is hugeeee at least compared to mine/my parents lol. i love your style and color schemes. very cute! especially the bear chair
Thanks so much for the full tour Kath, your house is absolutely beautiful! I love the modern shapes and color scheme (who knew green, red & black looked so good together?!) mixed with the traditional style. It’s a gorgeous place. And really clean!
The women in your family have great style, from Karen’s couches/chairs to the art from your grandmother. Thanks for the tour – it was fun to watch.
Thanks for the tour!! Your home is beautiful!
We have the same desk!
I love your dining room and the overall simple/sophisticated style.

Love the tour of KERFLAND!! I also love your accent!
Thanks everyone!!!
jen ,
We own our house. I would rather not discuss finances and personal details on the blog though.
Re. Dining Room Paint,
It’s LaFonda Olive from Lowes.
Kath
Thanks Kath for your answer. It really is a beautiful house
Ahhh. the fraternity paddles! My husbands are hanging in our office.
So, do you still go by your maiden name? Just curious! It’s okay if you don’t wish to answer.
Your house is really pretty and so NEAT! I love where you live, too. I think NC is the best of both worlds, really.
Kaley ,
Yes, I didn’t change my name when I got married. I’ve been Katherine Younger my whole life and couldn’t imagine being anyone else! (This was totally cool with Matt too, who said “I wouldn’t want to change my name either!).
K
such a beautiful house
Yaey thanks for sharing a tour of your house. =) It was interesting to see.
Thanks for the tour Kath! Your home is beautiful. I can’t even decorate my one bedroom apartment nevermind an entire house!
p.s. I would be nervous to post this on the web. Be careful not to get too detailed about where you live. You never know what sort of people are online.
I really enjoyed that gosh you so remind me of my dear friend Anne
