My mom got me a Vacuvin wine saver a couple of years ago. I'm not sure if you're familiar with the product, but it basically makes a vacuum inside your wine bottle and makes your leftovers last longer. I've made an open bottle of wine last for two weeks that way. It might be something worth looking into... :) Cheers!
