I cannot believe summer school has come to an end!!! It FLEW by. I think back to the days when I was so excited to squeeze in a 30 minute workout in the afternoon before chemistry, and the labs that went until 9pm where I was so frustrated with my Chem professor that I was in tears. It was only a few weeks ago but it feels like its been months. I’m so excited to resume romantic weeknight dinners with the husband (I’ve been in night class since May!) and to be able to spend my full time at the gym and be able to relax on the weekends instead of studying all Saturday long. Technically I have one more Chem class (Monday) but I’m all done with my work and tests this afternoon.
I’m in a hurry this morning – I got up and went to the gym (solo today – somebody was too sleepy!) Way to end my schedule with a bang I think I only missed 2-3 workouts due to being busy this whole time. Today was 30 minutes on the Stairmaster, 10 on the ET and a set of push-ups and abs.
20 oz Bowl of Oatmeal
I made a fabulous smoothie last night and tried to make it exactly 20 oz – perfect fit!
- 1/3 cup portion of prepared banana oatmeal
- About 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup plus splash of skim milk
- Small handful blackberries
