Your dinner looks delish — I LOVE goat cheese. This has nothing to do with this post, but I made the black bean dip you posted about last week and YUM! It made a fabulous lunch today with some baked Tostitoes. (I couldn’t drive across town to the only place that sells the wonderful Food Should Taste Good chips).
