Somehow I found myself back at Beer Run today. It’s a good place to hang out!
Thankfully the Sunday brunch menu is nothing like the Saturday dinner menu!
These ladies invited me out to join them – Brittany and Justine are visiting Hillary this weekend!
We tasted some pumpkin pecan muffins to start..
I split one. And loved that they were not too sweet except for the incredible streusel topping
For lunch I had the Fall Harvest Omelet with mushrooms and brie and a side salad
The brie was incredible in here!!
Thanks for lunch ladies!!

A bire omelet! What a great idea! Can I borrow that?
Pumpkin pecan muffins! That’s like the perfect muffin for the holidays
And I’ve never had Brie in an omelet before, I bet it made omelet just that much more creamy!
Ugh brie. Sorry.
You meal looks so healthy and delicious. Sharing a meal with friends makes it all the tastier.
Have a happy Sunday.
What else came with the omelet? Are those big wedges of toast? …and is that fruit or avocado in the background (behind the toast)?
Yeah, a few slices of fruit and 2 pieces of their lager bread
The muffins look great!
Too funny. I just made streusel pumpkin muffins! They ARE yummy
That’s really unique. I’ve never heard of brie in an omelette. Sounds tasty, though!
The omelet with brie…yum!
And a meetup with some ladies…fun weekend and having time with friends is always great.
Sounds like a perfect start to Sunday! I hope you have a great afternoon!
looks like a lovely Sunday brunch. Hope the weather is mild down there. It’s beautiful up here, sunny and mild. Enjoy the day!
Just bought a huge wedge of brie – I’m going to try to recreate that omelet for my lunch!
oh that omelette looks so light and fluffy! Delish!
Everything looks very tasty! I like the variety. Glad I’m not the only one to order a salad with an omelet.
I love brunch foods! Looks like you had a fun time with some tasty eats!
Looks tasty–sounds fun!!
How fun, Sunday brunch with the ladies. Looks like the meal fared light. Which seems perfect after a heavy meal/beer last night.
Loving that the omelet and toast are the same shape and size. I don’t know why that amuses me so much, haha.
Yum! I’ve never had brie in an omelet. I bet it’s amazing!
Yum to the salad and omelette combo! Especially since there was brie involved
what a perfectly folded omelette!
I love brie in omelets!
I just made an omelet like that last weekend – only with mushrooms and taleggio cheese. It was amazing!
pumpkin and pecan were made for each other. I found a pecan butter at my local farmers market (roasted and ground at fastachi in MA – they ship!) and can’t resist topping a bowl of pumpkin ice cream with a spoon of it. Sometimes I stir in some granola, and/or crumbled gingersnaps and/or a drizzle of maple syrup. omigod. what a treat (it’s a good thing pumpkin ice cream isn’t widely available year-round, or I’d have a really hard time controlling myself!)!
That omelet looks really good! I am sure that brie in a omelet adds a wonderful flavor!

I don’t think I’d ever think to pair a side salad with an omelette, but I have paired mashed potatoes with one before – I just wasn’t feeling hash browned potatoes.
Oh I can’t go past those pumpkin pecan muffins! Yum
I would’ve completely ruined my appetite with those pumpkin pecan muffins!
Looks yummy!
Not ususally a brunch fan…although…your omlette and side of fruit would be right up my alley!
Thanks for brunch today! So much fun!! Hope you and your family have a fabulous Thanksgiving!!
Thank YOU for the brunch!! It was a great time. You guys are hilarious.
Wish I could have been there to enjoy this lunch with you, sounds delicious and to die for!
I must be in a carbtastic mood because those muffins and the side of toast look fantastic!
OMG, this is too funny! Hillary, JRO, and I were in the same sorority at UVA! This is what I like to call the “Cville 2 degrees of separation”
