My husband will cook, but could never dream of making something out of (gasp!) VEGETABLES! :-) I had the Black Box Sauv Blanc also and didn't care for it. Too light or something. Anyway, we ended up tossing it out after it expired from sitting so long. I am also a huge fan of boxed wine and I'm so grateful that finally some very good wines are becoming available in a box. I don't drink often, so buying bottles was always out of the question because I would end up wasting them. That husband of yours is definitely a great catch!
