Hit The Road Breakfast

As planned, we got up at 5 a.m. and hit the road running. ~4.5 miles. It was dark and cold. Not a soul up that early on a Saturday!! Hopefully I can sleep in tomorrow. I didn’t eat before because I wasn’t hungry (probably from the cookies!)

Breakfast

Oatmeal + banana + walnuts + brown sugar + PB + coffee. I need this to last me until noon when we get to Oakridge.

Today

I’m hoping to get a good walk in today too. Christmas dinner tonight. Limit: 2 bourbon balls!

See you all on Sunday when I’m back!!!! (Unless there’s WiFi at our hotel!)

Time to hit the road in a car this time!!

I always make my oatmeal in the microwave, but today I did it on the stove with the banana and milk and vanilla combo, it was so good and like usual I added my TBSP of natural PB, best breakfast ever.

I am in Matthews actually so the Ballantyne so perfect- congrats on your RD desicion I am going to App state to finish mine :)
