I’m headed to a morning blogging meeting, so I’m up and eating a no-cooker as fast as I can! It was fun to get up with Matt today, but we both missed the sun.
Greek yogurt (long time, no see!!) plus banana, Cville Cluster, Jam According to Daniel, chia seeds and sunflower butter. Perfection!
Vanilla tea, per usual.
See you soon!!

I had Greek yogurt too today – with honey, cinnamon, chopped almonds and a blood orange. Love Greek Yogurt.
Blood orange with Greek yogurt sounds perfect!
ohhhh I’ve always wanted to try blood orange!! haha where do you find them?
I’ve found blood oranges at my local grocery store before, but never really noticed them there until I really looked since they look the same on the outside as navel oranges!
Ah, the perfect time of day was captured with breakfast-the quite time right before sunrise. All seems right in the world for that brief moment.
I am loving Greek yogurt lately, especially mixed with applesauce, peanut butter, and cereal–> easy breezy snack/breakfast!
The few times I’ve tried to take pics of my breakfast while running out the door to something… I’ve wound up late. Props to you for always managing (and blogging about it!)!!
That’s such a good idea to put jam and nut butter in there, I need to find a good jam to try that out with! It’s like PB&J!
Sounds tasty! I wish my mornings began with blogger meetings. Have fun!
That looks totally beautiful!! My photos look like maybe 1/30th that good even with LOADS of sun (which is quick becoming a thing of the past in the UK anyways) – I definitely need some formal tutorials in how to up my game!
I was thinking the same thing yesterday as I compared my recipe pics to other sites. I don’t know if I need a tutorial or a better camera!
Tripods help a LOT! So does Lightroom. Tripods are cheap ($25 or so) but Lightroom is expensive. You can use programs that are free like Windows Live Gallery to increase the brightness and shadows too.
Have a wonderful morning….nothing like a fast breakfast to get you moving!!
Looks delicious!! Have a fun meeting
greek yogurt is my breakfast go-to for extra satiety. something about the protein, combined with a nut butter fat, keeps me full for hours!! same with eggs. have a great morning!
I haven’t had Greek yogurt in forever!! That sounds really good right now
I had almost an identical breakfast but with a big ole scoop of pumpkin
Best on-the-go breakfast.
That is the prettiest quick breakfast ever! Looks absolutely lovely.
What a delicious breakfast! It’s hard to believe you made it quickly. I wish I could make quick breakfasts that look like that. Have a great meeting
I did overnight oats with pumpkin again but this time with chopped up apples and more spices. Oh, so good! Chia seeds are new for me but I really love them. What do you know about their health benefits?
Full of protein, fiber, and omega-3s! And they’re very fun to eat
You can see some of their stats here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salvia_hispanica
Ch-ch-ch-chia! Hahaha, I knew it had to be related to the good old Chia Pet! Who knew we could eat ‘em, too
I almost had this EXACT same breakfast this morning but swapped the granola for waffles at the last minute! Also, I was visiting a friend in Charlotte this weekend and I passed a sign for Davidson!!! It made me think of you and Matt
I cannot get enough banana lately! This cooler weather makes me want them caramelized and warm. It’s so grey outside!
All your posts inspire me to go dish shopping!
Looks like a perfect fall breakfast!

Ah, yes, the sun HAS been quite elusive these days. And sunflower butter sounds very interesting – I don’t think I’ve even seen it in health food stores! Now I’ll be on the prowl…
I had a strawberry dough smoothie today ala KERF for a quick no cooker. Delicious as always
I FORGOT about dough boys!!!
Even with the same food, when placed in a nice bowl like this it gives a whole new perspective!
I had MY breakfast from that bowl this morning, too
God bless Pier One
love the name of that jam!
Happy Tuesday! Hope the blog meeting goes well Kath!
I love Greek yogurt. It’s so filling!
Kath, I have really enjoyed following your blog!
I gave you one of my versatile blogger awards!

Thank you Sarah!
Have a great morning Kath! Enjoy your blogging meeting!
Greek yogurt is my favorite. Fage especially. It’s so versatile. I’ve really been loving it paired with defrosted frozen strawberries (the strawberries are soft and you get this great natural strawberry syrup that sweetens the yogurt). It’s like dessert, but good for you!
It was one of the most wonderful days of the year today- Oatmeal in a SUNFLOWER butter jar! I know that you relate on how happy this made me.
So jealous!!
That looks delicious! What’s your favorite sunflower seed butter brand?
Trader Joe’s by bar, but I have yet to try Sunbutter
I love blogging meetings! And breakfast looks delicious as usual. Wish I could say the same for mine today. LOL.
He makes the best jam ever! My friend bought some at the farmer’s market, and I bought camembert cheese to go with.
We ARE NOT in college, haha.
Oatmeal is taking over my breakfasts lately…I think it’s time for some yogurt again too! And thank you so much for the advice on food writing Kath! I truly appreciate it.
Have a good one!
I made your pumpkin smoothie recipe today for breakfast!!! OMG so good and SO filling thank you thank you thank you!!!
Hope the meeting went well. Blogging meeting…sounds intriguing!
