I always miss my real anniversary of August 29th because I use September 1 as the date I tell folks when I started the blog. But ….
Happy KERFDAY!
This blog started at BlogSpot as Sweat, Eat, Sleep, Repeat two years ago as a way to share my weight loss success to the world through good food and recipes. I was working in public relations at the time and had about 5 readers follow me over from my blog on CalorieKing. Heck, I couldn’t even get my mom to read in the beginning!
On last year’s KERFday I talked about the history of the blog. If you haven’t read the original first entries, you’ll probably be shocked at how different my posts and style were. Like the blog, my life and my mindset have evolved significantly since those early days of maintaining 30 pounds. Both KERF and I have grown up a lot.

It is THE MOST FALL LIKE DAY outside!!! Cool, crisp and perfectly shadowed. I love, love, love fall!!!!!
I’ve got a lot to do today for school – I’m hoping to knock out 90% of my assignments before October 1st! Think I can do it??!

Question on the Ota Bars. Does she ship them to other states? They look and sound amazing! I use to know a couple in Las Vegas that made their own bars and they used all natural ingredients as well, but life got busy and they stopped making them. I miss them!

I love fall as well. It’s been nice and chilly in the mornings here. Perfect for oatmeal! I even went searching for pumpkin the other day, but alas, none to be found. Apparently there was a pumpkin shortage last year and the canned supply is serious lacking
