Don’t really have a hangover – more like a hang-under-the-weather. I slept pretty poorly – need to remedy all of this with some gorgeous superfoods and a little TLC to this body of mine.

Featuring for TWO people:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 whole kiwi (fur and all!)
  • 1/3 cup Vega Tropical Smoothie mix
  • 1 big handful ice
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 1/4 cup water

Toppings: Raw oatmeal and Galaxy Granola Raspberry Style (which I loved!) plus a blob of Nutty’s White Chocolate (which I also LOVE!)

24 hours until the return of GOSSIP GIRL!!!!!!! Since we don’t have a TV, I will have to wait for it to go up online. This could be painful and enough reason to buy a TV!

Oh, I hope you feel better. My sleep has been sporadic lately, so I feel your pain on that. Hopefully today will be relaxing and refreshing!

Gossip Girl! Love it. I don’t have a tv in my apartment but i go over my friends’ house and we have a wine and dine night and watch it together. I can’t wait to see what happens this season!

Eek — so happy we have a TV — I didn’t have a tv through college (good for studying) but it was so hard when I wanted to watch my favorite shows!

Ick, that’s not fun!
I went through a big period of not sleeping well and then it just abruptly stopped. Now I sleep like a baby. Hope that is the case for you too!

Episodes go up about 2-3 hours after they air! CW tv’s website sucks in comparison. Hope this helps!

I find that having a TV isn’t even something we truly need around here. We have a new 46 inch flat screen that is hanging on the wall, but it rarely even gets watched!

casttv.com has been my time waster for over a year now. They post all of the shows pretty quickly. Gossip Girl is normally up pretty fast.

Awww, I hear ya on the feeling not-quite-right sensation. I think a powerful cup of coffee and a powerful sweat will renew your body to its energized potential. Powerhouse smoothies like the one you just enjoyed will most definitely aid in your recovery.

If you do not want to purchase cable, direct tv or dish, “free tv” is an alternative. All you need is an antennae or HD antennae. The antennae are a lot different now and smaller.

I love Gossip Girl..and Glee! What is it about those shows? We don’t have a TV either but may have to cave as well, our new place has satellite internet and that just doesn’t work for streaming media.

White chocolate peanut butter is my FAVOURITE! Sometimes I go downstairs to make lunch or go out and find I have my finger in a jar of it. Oops, how did that get in there? Haha!
