Great article and your website is great looking with interesting content. Whole grains need to be a part an individual’s routine diet. I have some recipes you might enjoy which are tasty and include different whole grains: http://www.shar-on-nutrition.com/?p=362

Feel free to comment and keep up the good writing!

Mmm I love tomatoes with breakfast. I think it's pretty common in Europe lately, whether they're raw (like our breakfast buffet in Greece) or roasted/grilled, like when you get a "full English". Love em!

I guess Ive been lucky! Tomato has always been a part of breakfast in my family. My mother and aunt would just slice tomatoes and put them on the table as a breakfast side dish. Boiled green bananas, plantains and a spinach like vegetable called callalloo were also a part of breakfast though. Sometimes I forget how healthful the foods of my parents islands are! Yay for tomatoes for breakfast!

Really a tomato and cheese could be a meal itself, add some crackers or bread and you're golden!
