		<description>I found your blog about a couple weeks ago, as I was looking up the benefits of almond butter.  :-D  Your blogs and pictures have inspired me to spruce up my oatmeal with bananas, PB w/ flax seeds, and almond butter.  I will never eat plain oatmeal ever again!  For the past 5 months or so, I&#039;ve been counting calories, cutting back on portion sizes, and eating healthier in general (and, of course, exercising).  As a result, I&#039;ve lost 25 pounds - I am now down to my ideal weight.  Reading your blog has been an inspiration to keep going, maintain healthy eating, and see what I can do to refine and improve this healthy lifestyle even further.  So, thank you!  I look forward to reading more posts.  :-)</description>
