Wow, you are going to be busy!! Good luck with everything!
Your breakfast looks awesome!
good luck with your test!
some days your long lists make me wish I were in school again….some days being the key words!
Looks like a perfect day for oatmeal!
Love your photos!!!!!
I am actually somewhat looking forward to the cooler mornings—time to bring out the yummy hot chocolate&oats of course
Just remember to breathe Kath!
Have fun!
You know you have lived in Phoenix too long when you are actually jealous of the fog…
At least you had your cheerful bowl to add some color!
Good luck cranking out that list — I’m with ya on the busy-factor! Hang in there
I love that bowl! Is it part of a set? Where did you get it/them?
Ooooh…I love spooky foggy mornings!! We get good fog out in the country where I live!
Thanks for the reminder that the Office is on, time to set the DVR!!

Busy week ahead! Foggy mornings remind me of Halloween. Kath, you use a french press, right? Do you like it better than a regular coffee pot? I am not too familar with them!
yuck, our forecast looks like just yours!
i hope you get everything done today! I love that bowl.
I love planning! It makes me get so much more done
Good luck with your list.
I LOVE that bowl!!! So super cute!
I have to eat most of my meals out of Tupperware at work… not so cute.
Wow such a busy girl, but so organized! Love the great pictures!
it’s super foggy here too-i know because the gmail background shwos it
you’re a busy lady!
Oh Kath, you’re so lucky to get to take a practice RD exam!! I’m being serious. They’re horrible tests, totally weird and random questions covering a huge knowledge base, but at least if you’ve taken a practice exam before you’ll have a better idea of what to expect when the time comes to take it for real!
None of the interns in my program, myself included, had such an opportunity, and I know it would’ve SERIOUSLY decreased our test anxiety!
Best of luck!
Good luck with your long week ahead! Sounds like it’s got some pretty fun stuff in there.
Fog + Fall = Time for Oats!
We woke up to a foggy, dreary morning here in MA as well. Good luck with all your work – sounds like you’ve got it all mapped out pretty well.
I need to try some caco nibs – I bet they would be great in oatmeal! Hopefully the sun peaks through the clouds for you.
Sorry this has prob been asked a gazillion times,
or if any longtime readers wish to answer
) thanks too!
but how do you use the date and fig in oatmeal(do you cut it into tiny pieces and then add,in beg or end?
Thanks for your patience with ?’s
I am sooo addicted to Cacao nibs. They are such a great topping on anything- such a wonderful crunch! A bit bitter, but I still love them. Often when i have a chocolate smoothie, I’ll put cacao nibs in at the end for a crunch/chew…MMMMmmm!
Love the fog. Unless I’m driving in it- then I’m paralyzed with FEAR!! ;-D
Good luck with getting everything done
I think you and KERF readers would love my giveaway since its $150 of cheese and kitchen gadgets! Check it out!
ahhhhhh busy week – enjoy and remember to take some time off to relax!
Yum, those oats looks like the perfect cloudy day wake-up food.
Busy is good! I’d rather be overwhelmed than bored lol.

I seriously LOVE the fog (hence my love for SF!). Sun is overrated. Fog provides the perfect temps for running outside!
That looks like a big ToDo but planning always helps. I am loving the pictures!
Good luck on your RD practice exam! Those practice exams come in handy!
Definitely sounds like a busy week–good luck with everything! I seriously love that bowl you have your oats it, soooo pretty!
Wow! Busy Kath!! Good Luck on your test!! I wanted to tell you yersday I googled “best good blog” and yours came up
I love that oatmeal bowl-it’s so pretty!
I can’t wait for The Office! You are one busy girl with that schedule, but I’m glad you’ve got it taken care of!
Its getting cold here in NYC, too. Where did summer go?!
Good luck with everything!
Busy week! Hang in there!
Warm oats on a icky day are my FAVE!
I think fog/rain sounds cozy. I’m kind of over the heat here in California. Bring on the fall!
As always, your oats look amazing.
Hoorah for The Office!
Weather isn’t so spectacular here either!
Love the bowl!
Good luck today!
I get depressed looking at forcasts like that. I either like nice sun or thunderstorms to watch out the window.
SOunds like you have a ton on your plate…remember to breathe.
LOVE that bowl. Good luck with studying for the test!
oatmeal and coffee on a foggy morning is just perfect!! wish i’d had time to make some today. i guess there are perks to crappy weather sometimes…. :O)
You take such great photos. The weather is icky here in MD as well. So stinky!
I absolutely love your bowls! Where did you get this one?
I love that bowl. The red really pops with the new cam!
You DO have a lot going on! At least you had good oats and coffee weather!
I too am jealous of your RD practice exam–I’m taking the real one tomorrow morning and would have loved extra practice during my internship. Lets just hope a few weeks of studying Inman’s will do it for me… Good luck on your practice test, I hope we both pass!
Wow, that’s a busy schedule! Hope you can squeeze some chillaxing in before next Thursday!
What a busy week! I hope you do awesome on your test =]
That weather forecast sounds lovely compared to the weather here (it’s HUMID).
Breakfast looked so good!
Nice breakfast. And I’m soo excited for the office too!
it’s interesting to see you back on the school schedule again!
Wow, busy week!!! Sometimes I miss the whole school “schedule”- but then I remember weeks like that. Sounds like you’ve got it covered, though!
Hope the weather clears up for you. It’s been raining in TX for a solid week. Yucky, but the cooler temps are nice.
RE. bowl –
Found it at Homegoods a year ago.
Jessica,
Yes and yes! They are awesome. Caitlin (www.healthytippingpoint.com) did a video on how to use one a few weeks ago. I’m overdue for mine!
marla,
Cut in tiny pieces and add at beginning!
Megan,
How cool!!
Kath
Walking study sessions are the best, I love taking my notecards to the treadmill with me for some movement!

jenna
That oatmeal looks super yummy, but after just eating my own oatmeal I feel so full!!! Good luck with your busy week coming up, and hopefully you can relax soon enough!

I am so glad you introduced me to the idea of figs in oats, because I made fig oats for breakfast yesterday and they rooooooooocked myyyyyyyyyyyyy woooooooooorld. You are the queen of oatmeal, for sure!
Hey, I know this is a new comment on an old post, but I was catching up after a big move
Also delurking, hi, I’m Laurel. Just wanted to give you a tip to help with the looming RD exam (I just took mine in August): You can check out some websites for free “question of the weeks,” I liked rdexam.com. And when the time came for a study guide/review course, I used the one on that website; it was all online and definitely simulated the exam better than some of the other review courses.
Good luck on your internship!
