Fill’er Up!

Mornin’ :)

Matt and I watched The Office and 30 Rock last night. Best 30 Rock scene ever: when Lemon mentions the "green peacock" from last year’s Green Week and Kenneth glances down at the screen in worry. LOL!

I set the alarm for 7AM today because we have a lot to do – including all of the Thanksgiving grocery shopping!!! And a party later in the day. However, when it went off at 7 we both just snoozed for a while and then I turned it off completely. An hour and a half later…I think we finally caught up on sleep!

And came down to a delicious filler:

Pumpkin Banana Hot Cereal with Muffin and PB!

Oh my. We restocked our 9-grain cereal mix, which you can buy at Great Harvest, so we had that with a Carrot Raisin Walnut muffin – my favorite!

  • 1/4 cup 9 grain mix (1 serving), milk, water
  • 1 tiny banana each
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin
  • Cinnamon, vanilla
  • Muffin
  • Costco PB

The $10 off $50 purchase Open Sky coupon code appears to have been wrong. The correct code is kath10off. If that doesn’t work, I’ve got the team on it!

We made a long list of items to buy yesterday and I can’t wait to hit the stores!

That breakfast looks delicious. And I had to skip the first part because I have yet to watch those online. Gah! I’m so behind. Add that to the list for today, haha

That muffin sounds so good! I only have vitas–but I think I’ll put one in my oats today!

And Kenneth is THE BEST.

Sometimes you just need extra sleep! Good luck with your shopping! :) When I went shopping for Thanksgiving (back in October as we Canadians celebrate ours then) I fondly remember getting into a fight with someone over the last package of fresh thyme! LOL Hope your shopping is more peaceful than mine was :)

We haven’t watched 30 Rock yet, but I think that is the best written show on TV period. And I can’t stop picturing Tracy Morgan in a half shirt that says “Problem” on it.
