This sounds wonderful. I love anything with pumpkin in it and plan to try the recipe soon.

I just had a pumpkin spice latte and pumpkin cheesecake a couple of days ago. Another favorite is pumpkin bread pudding. When we get into the fall season, I eat even more pumpkin than normal. This is definitely worth a try.

And all this time I thought I invented this...I also made this up in my ice cream maker and I will tell you it is heavenly! I just use this for breakfast or snacks or dessert...served to guests and they went wild for it.

I just made the pumpkin pie and it turned out great! Thanks so much

I created my own "apple pie" that I would definitely recommend :o)

1) Cut up 1/2 of a large granny smith apple and microwave for 2 1/2 minutes
2) Add in 3/4 of a cup plain yogurt (I used fage)
3) Add in 1/2 cup bran cereal, fiber one (whatever you prefer)
4) Add in splenda and lots of cinnamon (yum!)
