		<description>I wouldn&#039;t call it a health food (kind of the same category as Biscoff) but I don&#039;t think it&#039;s bad to have every now and then. I wouldn&#039;t make it my daily staple or eat it by the half cup on a regular basis though.</description>

		<description>I think it did! I can&#039;t compare it to non-quick cooking oats (the ones I used usually take 3-5 minutes to boil), but the taste was great. Although it didn&#039;t seem to thicken too much overnight, within 30 minutes all the liquid seemed to be absorbed. Perhaps a solution for those who don&#039;t want to wait overnight?..</description>
