Drain the water from the package. Freeze it. Thaw it. Press it. Cook it. You can marinate it for about 20-30 minutes, but you really don&#039;t need to. Overnight, IMO, is way too long. If you freeze and press tofu, its soaks up stuff like a sponge! Freezing it for at least 24 hours will change the texture. You can even store tofu in the freezer, as it will be good for months.</description>
